Photograph of an exterior view of the front entrance of the old mill at Mission San Gabriel, ca.1890. The mill is an adobe structure with a terracotta roof. The right side of the building is taller than the left, and the left does not appear to have a roof. The entrance is at right and is through a large rectangular doorway with steps leading up to it. There is an archway in the wall at left. A large palm tree is in the foreground at left, and several other trees are visible around the mill.
