Photograph caption dated February 27, 1985 reads, "'The Grammy means a lot to me,' said Cyndi Lauper (in the arms of Hulk Hogan) after winning Best New Artist, 'Because I never thought I would amount to anything. I always wanted to make art.'" The 27th Grammy Awards were held on February 26, 1985 at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.
