Description
Queen Elizabeth II waves as she stands on a boat during a trip to La Paz, Baja California Sur in Mexico. Standing beside her is Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. They are both surrounded by a group of men dressed in naval uniforms. At the front of the ship is a flag which contains the heraldic symbols of the United Kindom, which represent England, Scotland, Ireland, and Wales. The Queen and her entourage boarded the boat at the wharf located in the center of La Paz Bay, which was remodeled so that locals could witness her visit to their port.
