This photograph has "Lake Vineyard" as the caption. The house on the hill was the Shorb residence. The property belonging to Mr. Shorb had a lake which was called "Mission Lake", "Lake Vineyard" and "Wilson Lake" on various photographs. After Mr. Huntington acquired the property, the Shorb house was dismantled and the Huntington mansion was built on the site.
