Donald Love view model of Citicorp Plaza, which broke ground yesterday on a 7.9-acre site at Seventh and Figueroa streets downtown. The $600 million redevelopment project's first phase, which is slated for completion in fall 1985, will include a 42-story office tower, a three-level shopping mall and a 2.5-acre park. Two more office structures will be built in later phases, bringing the total amount of office space in the project to 2 million square feet, more than any existing downtown development."
