Description
In a magazine article, Ahrens tells of William Mulholland's role in the creation of the Los Angeles Aqueduct and goes on to describe the aqueduct's physical structure. Ahrens also notes how Owens Valley residents opposed the construction. Mulholland's role in the Boulder Canyon Project is also described. Note on article dates publication as July 1948.
