Photograph caption reads, "A model house in the tract operated by Don Wilson in Torrance. The posted price of this model on June 26, 1963, is $34,550. Wilson insists he'll sell to any qualified buyer, but that no qualified Negro buyer with the necessary money has approached him. Prices of the tract houses range down to about $29,000."
