Description
"Blick auf Mamre?. Rücken einer Europäerin im Vordergrund" ("View onto Mamre?. Back of a european woman in the foreground"). In the left foreground, sitting on a rock, a woman whose back is facing the photographer. In the background houses, part of a settlement. In the far background on the left the top of a mountain can be seen. On the left, behind the woman, trees or shrubs.
The second part of the title ("Back of a european woman in the foreground") is written in pencil on the back of the picture. -- The questionmark after Mamre was added in pencil.
