A fashion show of women's clothing at the Biltmore Hotel, located at 506 South Grand Ave. View 1 is of model Marian Durand in an oxford slack suit. An accompanying news clipping referred to this style as a "a la Marlene Dietrich" and noted that it had "won favor at fashionable resorts and goes well with the mannish type." Photo dated: January 17, 1933.
