Open letter handed through the United Nations, Representative in Lusaka to the Security Council of UNO. The letter talks about the Genocide Committee in Mozambique, its definition and the involvement of Portugal in the genocide. The letter was written by Paulo Jose Guman, the National Secretary General of COREMO. This particular document was reproduced by COREMO External Office in Cairo - U.A.R. in January 1966.
