Description
Salvation Army Captain John Purdell found himself in the middle of a group of residents that came out to protest Army's set up of a trailer to serve homeless with various services. The residents say the homeless have caused an array of problems, such as urinating, throwing trash, fighting, etc. Photograph dated August 20, 1988.
