Description: Construction of observtory dome for the 100-inch telescope building, Mount Wilson Observatory. A crane extends up beyond the domed roof, placing a girder in the roof. The steel framing of the domed roof is visible, steel sheathing is seen just below it. Scaffolding surrounds the exterior of the concrete foundation and nears the roof framing. Trees and shrubs are in the surrounding area.
