Description
Navy blue United States Air Force cap. "Flight Ace" is printed on the inside lining with wings. USAF Certification No. NQF-P-3-78 (note the type is hard to read). Manufactured by Ace Manufacturing Co., Inc., San Antonio, Texas. The interior of the cap is lined in light blue satin, with brown leather edging. Believed to have been used at the Almaden Air Force Base at Mount Umunham south of San Jose, California.
