Description: A group of clean-cut demonstrators who said they were protesting Mayor Bradley's ban of their publication "War on Drugs". They chanted slogans of "Get dope out of City Hall", "Mayor Bradley Hefner's biggest boob", and "Ban 'High Times', not 'War on Drugs'". Photograph dated April 4, 1981.
