Description
"Tillicum House," also known as "Tillicum Cottage," at 9 Eldridge Avenue. Tillicum was Gertrude Mae Billings' guest house and her first home upon her marriage to Roy Ward in 1902. In 1919 they moved to 70 Bigelow Avenue (then #70 Bigelow).
