View looking north on 8th Street from K Street. The Nicolaus Building is on the corner with Western Pacific seen on the bottom floor. The building tenant's include Dozier Company, Mutual Life of New York, and law offices. A fire escape is seen on one side of the building. The People's Savings Bank is seen down the street and a street lamp is seen hanging over the street. A streetcar is seen on 8th Street along with telephone poles and wires.
