Description
Exterior front view of the Victorian residence of Leman Thomas Garnsey, located at 940 West Washington Street, Los Angeles, partially blocked by palm trees. A woman is in a horse and buggy in the driveway. Mr. Garnsey was active in the development of the San Fernando Valley. Samuel and Joseph Carter Newsom were the architects. The house was finished in 1888 at a cost of $12,000.
