Description
Photograph of a Pico Boulevard bus terminal, showing a loop of railroad tracks at center, April 12, 1937. The loop of rails is shown at center, a web of streetcar cables netted above. In the background, buses and cable-cars can be seen on the edge of a town. Additional information: There's a possibility that the white Spanish style building in the background near the railway/bus way is the Plaza Market designed by Morgan Walls and Clements. The Plaza Market, designed in 1928, was located at 4651-4663 Pico Boulevard.
