Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated October 26, 1959 reads "Orders of foreman Bob Blair, 32, are obeyed as big clam shell excavates dirt from trench to provide required space for operations. Blair, who has been in business 13 years, is employee of Matt J. Zaich Co. of North Hollywood, contractors who are building big storm drain. Project is set up to include catch basins, transition structures, manholes and remodeled sanitary sewers. Completion is expected in March of 1960."
