Description
Photograph (engineering notebook photoprint) of "Pico Street, Pasadena, Los Angeles County. From east side of Raymond Avenue looking east along Pico Street and across proposed crossing, showing restricted visibility caused by buildings near Santa Fe Railroad tracks". Description to this point may be in error. Actually visible are: road under bridge for railroad crossing, shrubs, bushes, a few trees, utility poles and lines, guard rail, bills posted on concrete bridge support and utility pole. No buildings are visible and the crossing is not proposed, it exists. No legible signs.
