Description: View 1 is a front view of Buddy Swartz, the 4-year old conductor of the Meglin Kiddies Orchestra. He cuts a giant decorated birthday cake at a birthday party held at a children's hospital. Some of the children are on stretchers or in wheelchairs. View 2 is a side view of Buddy Swartz as he cuts the giant birthday cake.
