Description
Annotation translation: "An elevated grave. The Tabujan-Dajaks lay their dead in huts built on piles while they rot. You can see the roll to support the corpse N 13 [illegible] ... the jug which is ready to hold the bones." Annotation: "Ein Grab über der Erde. Die Tabujan-Dajak legen ihre Toten in eine auf Pfählen stehende Hütte wo sie verwest. [sic] Man sieht im Innern der Hütte die Nackenrolle, für die Leiche N. 13. ... [unleserlich] ... Sandkrug, der nur zur Aufbewahrung der Knochen ist."
