This photograph is contained in one of two volumes by Dobbin titled "Album of San Francisco."
Group portrait of four men standing in front of a desk. Text written under photo: "B.P. Oliver, G.F. Chapman, F.F. Sanborn, Tirey L. Ford." Realtor B.P. Oliver was foreman of the "Oliver Grand Jury" which was called to investigate the charges of graft against Abe Ruef and Mayor Schmitz. Tirey L. Ford was legal counsel for the United Railroads.
