This Industrial and Technical School, also called Sven Foyns Industrial and Technical School for boys, is located about 5 km north of Ambohimasina Mission Station. This school gives the students vocational training. Johan Smith was a manager at this school from 1900-1904. -- Johan Smith was a missionary in Madagascar from 1887-1919. He married Kunda 1863-1892, maiden name Helliesen Bertelsen, in Tananarive, Madagascar in 1889. After her death he married Nikoline (Lina) Johanne 1860-1938, maiden name Eckhoff, in Ambohimasina, Madagascar on December 11, 1894. She was a missionary in Madagascar from 1886-1919.
