Description
Photographic composite image of three Walapai Indian children with pots on their backs, [s.d.]. The children stand in long dresses with the smallest child on the left and the tallest on the right. The two children on the left wear lightly-colored dresses and carry small satchels by resting the straps on their heads. The girl on the right wears a spotted dress and floral-patterned shawl with her hair contained in a lightly-colored sash. A large, round jug rests on her back as the three children stand against a dual backdrop of stripes and jagged lines printed on woven blankets which hang from the walls behind them. A window can be seen above a wooden chair on the far left while a doorway stands on the right.
