Description
Photograph of an outbound San Pedro electric railroad train preparing to stop at One Hundred Third Street in Watts, 1910. There are four sets of tracks, two to the left of center and two to the right. The train is visible on the second set of tracks in the distance at left. Two lines of utility poles run parallel to the tracks and support an overhead wire to which the train is attached. Two men are visible in the foreground at left, and many small wooden houses can be seen on both sides of the tracks. A two-story brick building is at left.
