A young boy sitting on a ladder in the pueblo of Acometa (or Acomita).
Title transcribed from item. Signed on mount: "Frederick Monsen." Monsen's typed label on back says: "The Pueblo of Acometa, New Mexico. Acometa or little Acoma is the summer home of the Acoma Indians. Here are located their farms and irrigation ditches. Their children, like the Hopi, are naked during the summer months."
