Photograph caption dated April 14, 1961 reads "Fire station 107, 18239 W. Soledad Canyon Rd., Solemint Junction, opened its doors to visitors and officials to show this $26,440 pumper fire truck and the only helispot (at rear) in the nation specially built for a fire station. Judge C. M. MacDonald, 24435 Arcadia St., Newhall, left, joined County Supervisor Warren M. Dorn and County Fire Chief Keith E. Klinger at ceremonies."
