The construction site can be seen in the foreground at left and is a large dirt area with several large square holes dug into its surface. Lumber litters the ground around the site. The Courthouse can be seen in the background at center and is a large Gothic building with a clock tower rising from its roof. Two tall buildings, including the Hall of Justice, can be seen at right, while the Hall of Records is visible at left. Many automobiles can be seen around the construction site.
