Description
On June 12, 1938, Fr. William Horgan was ordained in Ireland (shown here). On October 9, 1938, Father Horgan arrived in America. After serving in various positions in Woodland, Grass Valley, Placerville, and Galt, he came to Fair Oaks on April 16, 1956, serving for nearly 20 years until his retirement in 1974. In 1985, Father Horgan finally returned to Ireland.
