Photograph of a drawing or painting of Ocean Park Amusement Park and pier in Santa Monica. Throngs of people crowd the entrance to the pier (lower right). Halfway along the pier as well as at the ocean end, large buildings are built upon piles. Several small boats can be seen in the ocean. Some people frolic in the waves on the beach. A caption at left reads: "White Star Amusement Pier now nearing completion at Hollister Ave., Ocean Park, property of White Star Amusement Co., Fred W. Pearson Pres., C.W. Hollister Sec., Frank M. Tyler Archt".
