Photographic portrait of William H. Parker, Los Angeles Police Chief, ca.1950-1966. He can be seen from the chest up dressed in police uniform. His shoulders face straight ahead while his head is turned to the right. He wears glasses, and his badge at right reads, "Chief". A police emblem with an eagle depicted on it can be seen on his cap.
