Presentation of Bill Lanouette, author to San Diego Air and Space Museum Volunteers on the decision to drop the A bomb which ended WW2 in the Pacific. Bill discusses a Library of Congress panel which agreed on the five reasons the decision was made to drop the bombs. And whether President Truman made the decision.
