Assignment: 49'r breakfast. San Gabriel. 29-30: Master chef Chris Corveleyn seen serving pancakes to Mrs. Leota Van Atter and Mrs. Ray Chandler, seated at table while guitarists Clyde Stanley and Tom Temple serenade the couple. The event is the '49er' breakfast to be held May 17 from 7 to 10 a.m. at 706 West Las Tunas Drive. Proceeds will go toward the construction of a Wading Pool to be given to the children of San Gabriel. Sponsors of the breakfast are the Woman's Division of the Chamber of Commerce, American Legion, Unit 442, Junior Woman's Club and several high school service clubs".
