Photograph caption dated March 6, 1965 reads, "Ed Rembert, right, salesman for TAB Realty's Canoga Park office, accepts keys to a new 1965 Chevrolet station wagon from TAB co-owner Bernard Mechanick. The new car is part of a bonus plan for plus-effort in sales. Rembert, member of TAB's Million Dollar Club, will also receive a substantial bonus check."
