Photograph of a view of Broadway looking south from 6th Street, ca.1925. Prominent buildings include the Grauman's Theater (at right). The sidewalks are packed with pedestrians. The street is also packed with automobiles and cable car traffic. Flags hang from a line that's strung across the streets. Some of the flags display The Shriners logo. Legible signs include: a movie advertisement the Grauman's Theatre "Pola Negri in 'The Charmer'", "Del Monte", "no parking", "left turn prohibited", "cigar, candy", "go", "[...]mond's", "Haas", "pedestrian safety zone", "A.A.O.N.M.S.".
