Album was presented to Governor Hiram W. Johnson by Sempervirens Club of California April, 1913.
Irvin T. Bloom came to California in 1879-80, settled in Boulder Creek around 1880. Ran lumber business which included the Park Mill located seven miles from Boulder Creek in Big Basin.
