Photograph caption reads, "About 200 Armenian students representing the Armenian Youth Federation held a political rally at City Hall to urge the release of Armenian political prisoners incarcerated in the Soviet Union. Councilman Zev Yaroslavsky attended the gathering also." Photograph dated April 3, 1989.
