"Mission Car crossing, Ruo River". Landscape view of the Ruo River. In the centre of the image is the mission truck tied to a raft. The Ruo River joins the Shire River at Chiromo and was part of the route into Portuguese East Africa and the Mihecani mission. ❧ From a Photograph Album of the Blantyre Mission, Nyasaland [Malawi] and the Mihecani Mission, Portuguese East Africa [Mozambique].
