Duncan, Los Angeles County fire chief; Valerie Allen, 'Miss Eight Ball,' and Joe M. Quinn, president of Los Angeles Press Club. Valley Times will be honored by Fire Department Jan. 30 at Press Club for coverage of fires. Hostess will be Miss Allen."
