Photograph of a Memorial Day Review in front of the Headquarters building at the Santa Monica Soldiers' Home, ca.1905. There is a long formation of soldiers lined up on the right side of the image they are all dressed in simple uniforms and forage caps. There is a color guard detachment on the left side of the picture, seen with an American flag. There is another American flag in the background, hung at half-mast on a pole around which a crowd has gathered. The headquarters building is visible in the background, flanked by tall trees.
