Captain Jacobsen is inventor of new navigational aid system which allows mass movement of ships in or out of harbor, anchorages or docks, regardless of weather hazards. Capatin J. A. By new method, pilot watching on radar scanner instantly knows position and course and other objects during the ship's movement. 2: Captain J. A.
