Description
"An open house will be held today in this new development, a recreation-oriented 'guest home' for senior citizens. Called Del Dayton Gardens, the $80,000 development is located at 3611 Del Paso Boulevard. Its owner is Gary D. Bergen, former basketball star with the University of Utah and the New York Knickerbockers. His wife Bobette, a registered nurse, will assist her husband in management. The project was designed by San Francisco architect Ron M. Nunn and was built by the Grenz Construction Co. of Sacramento"
