People include Police Chief William Parker, Lieutenant Governor Glenn Anderson, Lieutenant General (Adjutant General of California) Roderick L. Hill, Governor Pat Brown, and General (Director of the Army National Guard) Charles A. Ott, Jr. Some footage is of the deployment of National Guardsmen from the California National Guard in Glendale (220 East Colorado Street).
