The three on the left are identical to the three on the right. The first label, located in the top left corner, reads "29", and the second label, located in the top center of the slide, reads "Nag Hammadi Codex IV", and the third label, located in the top right corner, reads "57". The first of the three side labels reads 33, and the second has a scale with "Sept 1975", and the third reads "Codex IV". Papyri fragments constituting pages 29 (left) and 57 (right) of Codex 4.
