V1p281c In PHOTO ALBUM-VAULT: ** fc917.9461 A3, Vol. I, page 281 bottom. This photograph is contained in one of two volumes by Dobbin titled "Album of San Francisco." "Fickert" written on photo next to Charles Fickert. Text written to right of photo: "District Attorney Chas. M. Fickert addressing the jury in case of Billings, charged with Murder in Bomb explosion Prapernedness [sic] Day Parade July 22, 1916." Photo shows Fickert pointing directly at one of the jurors during his statement, while the rest look on. Negative, no. 5,382.
