"Fickert" written on photo next to Charles Fickert. Text written to right of photo: "District Attorney Chas. M. Fickert addressing the jury in case of Billings, charged with Murder in Bomb explosion Prapernedness [sic] Day Parade July 22, 1916." Photo shows Fickert pointing directly at one of the jurors during his statement, while the rest look on.
