Description
In this recording, Ontario resident David Halgren talks with Leonard Wheeler of the Model Colony History Room about his experience at Cal-Aero Flight Academy in Chino, California and his career in the military during World War II. Later, Mr. Halgren moved back to the Ontario area and after working in various fields he opened Halgren's Candies in the late 1950s, which is still in business today. Chino historian Geary Tracy is also present during the interview and asks Mr. Halgren additional questions. California Preservation Service
