Description
Onlookers watch workers scale ladder extending from fire truck to work on tower. Bucey House movers removed the bell, which was then stored at Long Beach Iron Works in the Harbor area. Bell had been part of fire department's alarm system since the turn of the century, and had been moved to Station No. 1 site in 1906. Same as Photo 481.
