Description: Jeorge Cipitria (left), famed Basque portrait artist from Mexico City, visited Sheriff Eugene Biscailuz, of whom he is painting a portrait. The artist is traveling throughout the world painting famous people of Basque lineage. When the painting of Biscailuz is completed, it will hang in the Galleries of Basque Artists, Paris, France.
